Lean Coffee – Agile and Quality Assurance

Join us as we break down into small groups to discuss our issues and passions around Agile and QA.

Lean Coffee Format:
  1. We will break down into small groups of no more than 15 people.
  2. Each person in the small group will identify up to 3 topics the would like to discuss. This can be an issue they are dealing with or just something they have interest in. They will write them on Sticky Notes.
  3. Each person in the small group will vote on the topics on the Sticky Notes they would like to discuss first.
  4. Based on votes, the topics are discussed with the one with most votes first. Limiting the discussion to 3 minutes with the possibility of extending another 3 minutes if the discussion requires. If even more discussion is required, the topic could become a topic for a future meeting.
  5. At the end of the meeting we will wrap up with a whole group discussion on the favorite topic from each small group.
