Is your membership information current? You can help us do a better job of keeping in touch with you by making sure the information we have is correct. Please let us know anytime something changes, like your place of employment, e-mail address or phone number.

AQAA Memberships are currently available for both individuals and Corporations with a varying number of seats. The membership term runs from the date the application is accepted through the same date the following year. Select the links below for the individual membership or Corporate membership forms. AQAA participation earns CPE credits toward CSQA and CSTE designation.

Definitions:
Individual Memberships: Individual memberships purchased at the same time from a single corporation or person. These are individual memberships purchased for an individual. The membership stays with the individual for the membership term.

Corporate Seats: A corporation may purchase “seats” that allow them to send a finite number of persons to an AQAA meeting but it may be different people from month to month.
